The landlord has a 7 storey building which is not fully let out.  In order to attract potential customers the building needs to be of a certain standard.

It also needs to look attractive to potential clients.  How can the building be brought up to a high standard when there is no tenant for the space yet?

 

Solution

A certain level of fit-out works was required in order for the building to be brought up to a high level of finish.
