Amber River wanted space for a combination of permanent workers, hot desking, meeting facilities and a communal staff area when everyone was in the office.

Initially they thought they might have to move offices but where unsure of the cots and how to get everything they needed.

Solution

Initially we conducted feasibility studies on 3 different locations and provided costs for each location.

We then also relooked at the existing space and drilled down into how the space was really being used and how many people really needed accommodated at any one time.

This led Office Interior Solutions to redesign each floor providing particular amenities and services on each floor (covered 4 floors).  

The customer was then able to confirm that staying and refurbishing their existing building was the best option.
