The successful candidate will be responsible for taking off quantities, pricing from drawings and preparing project costs for office fit-out projects (flooring, decoration, partitions, lighting etc).

  • Take off quantities
  • Prepare quotations
  • Maintain subcontractor and supplier relationships
  • Prepare orders and delivers to site
  • Site surveys
  • Preparation of technical information
  • Health & Safety documentation
  • Programme scheduling


Experience and Attributes

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in an estimating role (preferably within the construction industry)

  • Excellent communication, relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills 
  • Experience pricing different disciplines
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Experience in an office fit-out background would be advantageous


Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Salary: £23,000 - £30,000 (depending upon experience)
