Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities

General accounts preparation (purchase invoices etc)

Using computer systems for data management, Sage Accounts or similar

General typing using microsoft word and excel
-
Reception duties
-
Maintaining filing systems and updating databases

General administration support
Attributes

Methodical and organized

Good at juggling tasks and prioritising

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A friendly and professional telephone manner

IT literate to include proficient use of Microsoft word, excel, outlook etc
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year’s experience working in administration and within a busy office environment
5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) Grade A-C including English Language and Maths
OCR/RSA Stage II Word Processing (both parts) or equivalent would be advantageous
Candidates must have proficient computer skills.
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
