Business Development Executive
Working on high capital value projects for a leading office fit-out and refurbishment company, you will help grow the business by generating opportunities, acquire new customers, build relationships with potential prospects through outbound telephone calls, qualify leads and set up appointments.
Developing relationships with potential clients
Identifying new sales leads
Manage, grow and build a strong sales pipeline
Identification of influencers & key decision makers
Warm and cold sales lead development via outbound telephone calls and e-mails
Lead qualification and nurturing
Experience and Attributes
Minimum of 2 years experience in an outbound telephone environment.
Experience of setting up appointments
Demonstrable record of getting in touch with key decision makers
Experience in qualifying prospects
Experience in a high capital value environment would be advantageous
Candidates must have a confident and outgoing phone manner, be able to build rapport with customers in a professional manner and have experience in fact finding and consulting with customers, objection handling and closing.
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Salary: Base Salary + Meeting bonus + commission – OTE £30,000 (first year)
